Terms & Conditions of Booking.
We don't charge a deposit but all bookings made by email or phone are confirmed bookings and are subject to a £250 cancellation charge if cancelled within 7 days of the event and £100 if cancelled outside of this seven day period.
All function/Conference payments made are non refundable.
We have a projector and screen that you are welcome to use free of charge and uses a standard VGA Visual and RCA Left and Right audio inputs. Although we don't envisage any problems we cannot guarantee that these connectors will work with all laptops and computer systems.
